Your photographer
I’m Jack. A husband, a father and a wedding photographer who believes comfort comes first.
When you are comfortable, you are yourselves. When you are yourselves, the photos work.
I step back when moments are unfolding on their own and step in with gentle guidance when it helps. My role is to keep things calm, manage what needs managing and let you stay present with your people.
How I approach a wedding day
Weddings are not productions. They are chapters.
I photograph the day as it happens. If you want time set aside for portraits, we will make space for it. If you would rather stay on the dance floor, I will protect that too. I will always be honest about what something means for your timeline, then support whatever decision feels right to you.
This is your wedding.

In their words
The edit
Natural, true to life, and made to last
Skin tones look like you. Colours feel the way the day did. I am not chasing trends, I am preserving something that will still feel right years from now.
“One of the things we appreciated most was how natural he made everything feel. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and captured our day perfectly.” Sarah, married 2026
What happens next
“From the communication from the very first meeting, to the emails in between, the check-ins, your professionalism, but also your genuine friendliness.” Kim, married 2026
Tell me about your day
Fill in the short form with your date, venue and a little about what you are planning. I reply within a day, usually sooner.
A relaxed call
A friendly chat of 20 to 30 minutes about how your day is shaping up, how I work and whether we are the right fit. No pressure either way.
Secure your date
If it feels right, a deposit holds your date and we set a payment plan that suits your budget. From there the level of communication never changes. I am there for you all the way through.
Your pre wedding call
Four to six weeks out we talk through your timeline and make sure the day makes sense for you. Not a minute by minute plan, just enough space in the day so nothing important is missed and you get to relax.
The collection
One collection, the whole day
A lot of wedding photography is sold by the hour. Eight hours, ten hours, then overtime. Mine is not. I arrive while you are getting ready and I leave after the exit, with no clock running in between. Choose photography on its own, or photography and video together.
“My husband and I planned our wedding in six months and Jack was the easiest part. He was accommodating, professional, easy going and so fun to work with.” Lili, married 2026

Let's talk about your day
I take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give each couple my full attention from our first chat through to your final gallery.
You will not be asked to perform or spend hours posing. I keep things calm, step in with quiet direction when it helps and step back when the day is unfolding on its own, so you can stay with your people and trust that nothing important is missed.
If you want heavily staged production or trend driven imagery, I may not be the right fit. If you want honest photos that feel like your day and a photographer who will keep things steady from start to finish, fill in the form and I will reply within a day, usually sooner.
The anniversary offer of $2000 off full day collections is open to the first 10 couples booking 2027 and closes 31 October 2026.
Still unsure?
A few things couples ask
If your question is not here, put it in the notes when you enquire and I will answer it on the call.
IDo you photograph LGBTQIA+ weddings?+
Yes, and gladly. Every couple and family is welcome here, including LGBTQIA+ couples, and I work at making that true in practice: the language I use, listening properly and making sure you feel comfortable from the first email to the final gallery. I know there is always more to learn and I take that seriously.
If you have preferred pronouns, or anything else that would help me look after you well, let me know in the notes when you enquire.
IIHow far in advance should we book?+
Most couples book nine to eighteen months out. Saturdays in spring and autumn go first, so if you have a date in mind it is worth checking early. Shorter timelines are often fine too, so ask either way.
IIIDo you bring a second photographer?+
Yes, a second photographer is available for larger weddings or where coverage is needed at more than one location at the same time. We will work out on the call whether your day needs one.
IVWe are not comfortable in front of a camera. Is that a problem?+
Good question, and no. Most of my couples say the same thing before the day. You will not be asked to perform or hold a pose. I keep things calm, give quiet direction when it helps and otherwise let you get on with your day. The comfortable photos come from that, not from being told where to stand.
VWhat happens if you are sick on the day?+
It has not happened yet, but you should never have to wonder. I have a trusted group of photographers I would be happy to have photograph my own wedding, and one of them would step in. Your gallery would still be edited by me, in the same style, so the result is the same.
If you have made it this far
There is a good chance we are the right fit. Check your date and we will have a relaxed chat about your wedding.
